Responsibilities
Conduct pre-migration meetings to understand acquired companies' accounting policies, processes, and systems
Perform gap analyses to identify differences in accounting practices and document resolutions
Develop integration timelines, playbooks, training schedules, and supporting documentation
Ensure accuracy throughout automated migrations and assist with manual data entry when necessary
Partner closely with the Integrations Resource Team across departments
Design and deliver financial management training for accounting, billing, administrative, and leadership teams
Identify and document opportunities to improve and streamline integration processes
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of General Ledger experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
Demonstrated empathy and adaptability during change management
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
ERP implementations or system migration experience
CPA or equivalent certification
Internal Audit experience
Exposure to M&A integrations
