Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports using Workday Report Writer
Develop complex calculated fields (LRV, ESI, TF, conditional logic)
Translate business requirements into Workday reporting solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
Troubleshoot report issues and support ad-hoc reporting
Qualification
Required
7+ years of total professional experience
3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
Expert-level Workday Report Writer experience (must-have)
Strong experience with complex calculated fields and multi-data-source reports
Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials
SQL and Python experience
Enterprise environment experience
Preferred
People Analytics or HR Reporting
Workday Prism Analytics
Workday implementation or optimization experience
