Lead end-to-end project management for Banking / BFSS programs, with a focus on FTM (Financial Transaction Manager) initiatives
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams
Ensure delivery alignment with banking compliance, controls, and financial processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Project Management experience
Strong Banking / BFSS domain expertise
Hands-on experience with FTM (Financial Transaction Manager) programs
Proven track record managing large-scale finance and transaction-based projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
Experience as a Sourcing Specialist or Resource Manager
Exposure to Finance & Accounting project delivery
Ability to manage distributed and multi-vendor teams
