Contracts Coordinator
HHHunt is a recognized leader in real estate development throughout Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and South Carolina. They are seeking a motivated and driven Contracts Coordinator to manage contract paperwork and coordinate various tasks related to inventory homes and community presentations.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Receive, review, process and distribute all contract paperwork
Manage and track outstanding paperwork items
Coordinate staging of inventory homes – assist Director of Sales
Coordinate Community Presentation schedule for Models and Inventory homes
As needed, assist in set-up/catering for Sales meetings and training events
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required and 2 years of experience working in real estate, construction, mortgage or administrative role
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required
Ability to attend off-site team events 2-3 times per year
Ability to juggle competing priorities and operate with a sense urgency
Excellent people skills (communication and listening)
Strong organizational skills with ability to track items and follow up
Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
