Responsibilities
Support the execution of the IT transformation strategy while ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of transformative solutions
Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to achieve a smooth and timely ERP system transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
Collaborate across many matrixed tracks to ensure activities are synchronized and aligned
Promote a culture of transformation by encouraging creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Manage relationships with solution providers, software vendors, and internal and external partners
Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all transformation activities
Support the development and growth of team members
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience transforming ERP systems from legacy to future state (SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA)
Demonstrated success in leading technology transformation initiatives
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Project leadership experience
