This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing operational performance across multiple locations, developing leaders, and driving consistent execution to elevate operational standards.

Responsibilities
Own operational performance across 20–35+ QSR locations
Lead, coach, and develop Area / District Managers
Drive KPIs related to sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
Ensure brand standards, systems, and procedures are executed consistently
Review P&L performance and partner with leadership on corrective actions
Support hiring, training, and leadership development initiatives
Build bench strength and succession plans for future growth
Maintain a visible, field-forward leadership presence
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
QSR experience required (fast food or high-volume quick service)
Strong operational instincts with proven people-development success
Experience owning P&Ls, labor models, and operational KPIs
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Based in or willing to commute regularly across Southern NH / Northern MA
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus, not required
