Responsibilities
Support and analyze RAN KPIs (attach/access success, RRC behavior, SINR, RSSI, noise floor)
Execute production RAN optimization and parameter tuning under change management
Act as L3 escalation for RAN incidents and perform deep root cause analysis
Develop AI/ML anomaly detection models to identify silent network failures
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for incident response and RCA
Author and enforce MOPs with clear rollback strategies
Optimize satellite-specific performance (link budgets, Doppler, latency impacts on timers)
Translate RAN insights into operational runbooks and mentor L2 teams
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years supporting live LTE/5G RAN networks
Strong L3 NOC and end-to-end incident ownership experience
Deep knowledge of RRC, NAS/AS layers, and protocol analysis (Wireshark/PCAP)
Experience with vRAN/ORAN and containerized network functions (Kubernetes; GCP preferred)
ML/AI application for predictive network optimization
Linux proficiency and automation experience (Python, Ansible)
Understanding of NTN (Non-Terrestrial Networks), satellite link budgets, and RF/call tuning
Bachelor's or Master's in EE, Telecom, CS, or equivalent experience
Preferred

Cloud platform experience
Exposure to Cellular IoT, SCEF, or IoT testing
