Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met
Serve as a critical liaison between the principal and functional teams, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans
Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
Maintain program dashboards, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership
Coordinate with enterprise partners including analytics, quality, compliance, legal, IT, and operational teams to embed Stars strategies into workflows
Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and increase Stars performance outcomes
Identify Stars data opportunities and work across stakeholders to improve data accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7+ years in program and/or project management within healthcare or insurance operations
Minimum 2 years working with CMS Stars programs
Experience with HEDIS data and analysis
Prior experience coordinating large-scale, multi‑department initiatives
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship building skills
Ability to interpret performance trends, identify care gaps, and drive targeted improvement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
Excellent Microsoft Office suite skillset; particularly in PPT and Excel
Preferred
Master's degree in business administration or related field
PMP and/or Six Sigma certification
Experience managing and connecting large data sets (SQL, Python, SAS, etc.)
