Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
Support existing accounts and follow up on orders and inquiries
Introduce and recommend products based on customer needs
Proactively reach out to new and existing customers
Track calls, activity, and orders using internal systems
Work closely with sales and operations teams to support customers
Qualification
Required
Russian or Turkish fluency required (English also required)
Background in sales or customer-facing roles (inside sales, retail, call center, customer service, hospitality, etc.)
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the day
Organized, dependable, and motivated by base + bonus earnings
Able to work onsite in Chicago (60608), Monday–Friday
