New Grad, Entry LevelBaden Sports is a company dedicated to inspiring play through innovative sporting goods. They are seeking a Customer Success Representative to provide customer support, manage order processes, and enhance customer experiences with the Baden Sports and Axe Bat brands.
Sports
Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls for assigned customer base
Entering orders into Baden’s ERP system
Working with product development team to create custom layouts
Tracking orders to provide customer visibility
Providing inventory availability for assigned customer base
Processing claims and returns
Provide Sales Support for our sales team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in a related field
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and strong communications skills
Proficient in standard business computer applications (e.g. MS Office, CRM, ERP systems)
Must have strong creative thinking and analytical skills
Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
Customer focused
Preferred
A passion for and experience in American team sports is a big plus
