Responsibilities
Lead land development, site planning, grading, utilities, and stormwater design
Prepare plans, reports, permits, proposals, and construction documents
Design stormwater, erosion & sediment control, roadway, parking, and utility systems
Manage projects, clients, staff development, and departmental growth initiatives
Support zoning, land-use reviews, planning boards, and public presentations
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Strong experience in land development and consulting environments
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills
Preferred
Experience in municipal, commercial, and infrastructure projects
Client-facing leadership with business development exposure
