Professional Training & Coaching

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to internal and external communications professionally and promptly
Support PR efforts, including email campaigns, newsletters, and announcements
Maintain and grow the company’s online presence (social media updates, posts, and engagement tracking)
Draft, edit, and proofread content for emails, newsletters, blog posts, and social media
Monitor mentions, comments, and inquiries across digital platforms and respond appropriately
Coordinate with external partners or vendors for PR initiatives
Implement strategies to improve brand awareness and positioning
Track and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communications efforts
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and calls, keeping calendars up to date
Maintain records, databases, and project management tools
Organize and track ongoing projects, tasks, and deadlines
Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership or clients
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in PR, marketing, admin support, or virtual assistance — experience required
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Self-starter mindset — takes ownership and follows through on tasks
Comfortable using social media platforms, email systems, and scheduling tools
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free remote workspace
Own desktop PC or Laptop (Specification: At least 8 GB RAM)
Strong wired internet connection (At least 10Mbps +)
Quiet, private workspace
Android / iPhone not older than 5 years
Must have a backup plan in case of a power outage or internet interruption

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM, project management, and communication tools is a strong advantage
