Connect & qualify: Speak with interested prospects, confirm details, and guide them through next steps
Close with care: Conduct needs-based conversations for high-ticket offerings and move qualified buyers to a confident “yes.”
Deliver white-glove service: Keep communications crisp, professional, and on-brand across calls, SMS, and email
Stay sharp: Maintain call systems/equipment and continuously level up on product knowledge and sales skills
Hit goals: Consistently meet or exceed activity, conversion, and revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Outstanding phone presence and clear, persuasive verbal communication
Active listening skills and fast, accurate data entry
Relationship-building finesse, customer focus, and attention to detail
Professionalism under pressure and strong multitasking
Preferred
Experience in call centers, SDR/BDR roles, or high-ticket sales
