Partnership Tax Manager

Responsibilities
Review complex partnership and joint venture tax returns
Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
Manage IRC 704(b) capital accounts
Lead multiple client engagements and manage to budget
Research partnership tax matters and respond to IRS inquiries
Mentor and develop staff; conduct performance reviews
Support proposals and business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA required
6–10 years of partnership tax experience
Strong knowledge of Subchapter K partnership taxation
Experience with partnership and non-corporate tax returns
Background in a Top 10 public accounting firm
Strong client service, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with entity formation and M&A
Stable work history with minimal job hopping
