Operations Administrator
Addison Group is hiring for a fast-growing technology company operating within the manufacturing and industrial space. The Operations Administrator will support daily office operations and serve as a key administrative partner to internal teams, ensuring the office runs smoothly while managing various responsibilities such as sales coordination and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor coordination, facilities support, and workspace organization
Manage office events, team meetings, catering, and onsite engagement activities
Coordinate logistics such as shipping, receiving, office supplies, and equipment needs
Support sales and internal teams with administrative coordination and document management
Assist with employee experience initiatives, including onboarding logistics and internal events
Provide ad hoc administrative support to leadership as needed
Help prioritize requests in a high-volume, constantly changing environment
Qualification
Required
4–5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or similar support roles
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and remain composed under pressure
Valid driver's license required for occasional local errands
Preferred
Background in a startup, tech, or fast-paced environment strongly preferred
