Responsibilities
Directs, leads and reassigns support team in response to workload requirements
Ensures assigned team members are consistently practicing appropriate safety procedures
Coordinates and participates in the daily assignment of tasks in the work area
Supports, communicates and implements company initiatives (e.g. Lean Operations)
Provides guidance to staff when resolving technical, procedural, and customer service issues
Provides premier customer service support to assigned internal and external customers
Develops and implements corrective action for findings issued during internal and external audits
Collaborates and works cross functionally to resolve discrepancies
Ensures qualified staff is performing assigned jobs in compliance with RSM
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements
Provides feedback to management on issues and concerns with employee performance
Ensures all required partner training is complete and validated
Provides backup in absence of a supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of inventory handling and control or warehouse operation experience required, including operation of trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
Forklift certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire)
49CFR and IATA dangerous goods training (compliance to ATS requirements within 30 days of hire)
Valid state driver's license required
