Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Quality Risk Management (QRM) project meetings
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, scientific, and global quality teams
Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and reporting
Perform QA review of governance and risk documentation for regulatory compliance
Interpret and apply global regulatory requirements (ICH, FDA, EU GMP)
Develop and execute quality risk assessments and documentation
Monitor metrics, dashboards, and project performance for executive reporting
Support process improvements, digital quality initiatives, and system enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems oversight
Strong background in Quality Risk Management, governance, and regulatory compliance
Proven project management experience in regulated environments
Hands-on experience with TrackWise and Veeva Quality
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive and technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Experience with metrics, data analytics, automation, and digital quality tools
