Responsibilities

Define and execute the global compliance strategy for PDx, aligned with GE HealthCare’s enterprise-wide compliance framework
Serve as a key member of the PDx Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy with a compliance lens
Provide regular updates to the CEO of PDx and the GE HealthCare General Counsel on compliance risks, trends, and mitigation plans
Oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of compliance policies and procedures
Lead risk assessments and compliance audits across PDx operations, including manufacturing, R&D, commercial, and medical affairs
Ensure robust governance of third-party interactions, promotional practices, and data privacy
Champion a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour through training, awareness campaigns, and leadership engagement
Partner with HR and Communications to embed compliance into onboarding, performance management, and recognition programmes
Lead internal investigations into potential compliance violations, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate remediation
Maintain oversight of reporting mechanisms (e.g., Speak Up channels) and ensure issues are escalated appropriately
Serve as the primary compliance liaison with regulatory authorities and external auditors for PDx
Monitor evolving global regulations and industry standards, advising the business on implications and readiness

Required

Proven track record (10+ years) in compliance leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or healthcare sector
Deep understanding of global healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, industry codes)
Experience managing compliance in complex, matrixed, and global organisations
Strong investigative skills and sound judgement in handling sensitive matters
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and regulators
