Responsibilities
Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
Out of state Title processing
Working schedules for tag & title work
Applying for duplicate titles
Doing metal & temp tag inventory
Updating notes in the system
Tracking completed work
Print customer’s registrations
Title & trade pack inventory
Provide tag & tile work support to guests, management and employees as needed
Stay abreast of title regulations. Attend seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available
Provides assistance and support to accounting personnel
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Automotive Title Work: 2 years
Prior title work experience required
Current, valid driver's license
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly professional and dependable
Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
Excellent telephone skills
Strong computer, typing, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Dealership accounting, CDK, DealerDMV experience helpful
Notary Public preferred
