Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including ongoing refinement of FP&A models, assumptions, and supporting workflow
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying variances, trends, and risks, and delivering timely, actionable insights to business and finance leaders
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and management reporting that evaluate business performance, investments, and strategic initiatives, and provide clear visibility into KPIs, trends, and performance drivers
Partner closely with functional leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making
Review and improve FP&A and related finance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and business value
Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting, data preparation, and analysis through improved processes and effective use of available tools and automation, partnering with IT or other teams as appropriate
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track financial and operational performance and support leadership decision-making
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner
Support financial initiatives and projects by providing analysis, documentation, and insight aligned with broader finance priorities
Stay current on finance best practices, tools, and emerging capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance Finance and Accounting effectiveness
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related discipline
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience partnering across functions
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or CPA/CFA
Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive)
Adaptable, growth-oriented individuals that are willing to learn and apply new tools, automation or emerging technologies (including AI) to improve finance processes and outcomes
