Develop new processes to build and improve the fabrication flow
Organize production runs and support technicians
Monitor processes, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery
Qualification
Required
Experience in semiconductor process development
Track record of excellence in the development of semiconductor processes and devices
Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting where priorities can shift quickly
