Project Manager, Business Software Applications
HORNE LLP is seeking a Project Manager for Business Software Applications to deliver solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and serving as Scrum Master for the software development team.

Responsibilities
Coordinates with product and project managers to maintain accurate visibility of software-specific project operations and project activities including project pipeline, client acceptance and onboarding, current project status, client invoicing, vendor management, resource management, and other activities as assigned
Supports project managers with the documentation of project plans, timelines, schedules, and other documentation around the development of software to meet the program’s needs
Serves as the Scrum Master for the software development team that is building features needed for the project
Coordinates and communicate project activities
Coordinates with project leadership team to identify and address potential issues and bottlenecks
Facilitates the allocation of resources, equipment and materials in collaboration with project managers
Maintains accurate and up to date project documentation in systems of record
Generates regular reports on project progress, milestones achieved, and potential risks
Enables clear and effective communication within the project team and across the organization
Provides additional administrative support as required

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
Bachelor's degree, required
minimum (2) years of overall experience, required
Minimum two (2) years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or process improvement specialist, required
One (1) or more years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform products, required
Proficiency in business analysis and project management tools (e.g.,Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Azure DevOps), required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance
Strong analytical skills
Ability to design and improve processes
High level of integrity and discretion
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Knowledge of document management best practices
Ability to travel up to 10%
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
Preferred
focus in Information Technology, preferred
Proven experience in project coordination or operations support strong organizational and multitasking skills, preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / PMI-ACP, preferred
Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) – CSPM, Program Management Professional (PgMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Project Director (CPD), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), preferred
Experience supporting requests in an ERP tool such as NetSuite, preferred
Proficient usage of video conferencing software such as Zoom, preferred
