Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement full stack software solutions for a new, modern system
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies
Develop and optimize data models and queries using PostgreSQL
Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack
Optimize application performance, reliability, and database interactions
Document system design, processes, and development standards
Support integration with existing systems and data sources as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience as a full stack engineer building modern applications
3+ years of recent experience with .NET and Azure
Hands-on experience designing and working with PostgreSQL databases
Experience with modern front-end frameworks and web technologies
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare, regulatory, or similarly governed industries
Familiarity with cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Experience with secure coding practices and compliance-driven development environments
Prior experience working on greenfield systems or modernization initiatives
