Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end architecture for Genesys Contact Center solutions
Implement and customize solutions using:
Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage / PureConnect (based on project)
Define call flows, IVR strategies, and omnichannel routing logic
Integrate Genesys with:
CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.)
Backend systems (APIs, databases, ticketing tools)
Lead Genesys upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformations
Ensure system availability, performance, and security compliance
Develop and review technical designs, solution blueprints, and documentation
Guide and mentor Genesys developers and engineers
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Monitor system KPIs and optimize call routing and self-service automation
Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) design

Required

7+ years of experience (3+ years in Genesys platforms)
Design and own end-to-end architecture for Genesys Contact Center solutions

Integrate Genesys with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.)
