Responsibilities
Provide equipment related technical assistance to incoming client queries to ensure that issues are resolved timely and completely
Deliver technical support for both the in-house setup team, on-site network connectivity team, Service Team and Sales Team
Support coverage in the Network Connectivity Team to maintain organizational support benchmarks
Support coverage in the Solutions Team with implementation and support coverage as needed to maintain organizational support benchmarks
Qualification
Required
Associates of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related experience
Over 2 years of Information Technology experience with industry experience
A strong understanding of basic concepts, practices and procedures of software support
Knowledge of functional Networking concepts used in SMB
Knowledge of the Microsoft Server Suite and relating roles and features
Strong knowledge of networking concepts
Demonstrated track record of superb customer service skills and conflict resolution skills
Working knowledge of PC's, Network Hardware, Operating Systems, Software and Network communication protocols
Advanced knowledge and experience troubleshooting in a Windows environment
Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Manufacturer equipment knowledge preferred for company supported products
Certifications in relating software preferred
Support understanding of Print Solutions, MFP Enablement, Document Management, ECM Solutions and Digital Document Routing software used in the industry
