Responsibilities
Managing a series of license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Overseeing WIC license renewals and ongoing regulatory notifications to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Performing database maintenance of current license fees, renewal dates, and vendor information
Working with business operations and category teams on expansion of licensed locations
Maintaining electronic license files and supply copies upon request
Corresponding with federal, state, and local agencies regarding license renewals
Reviewing and responding to licensing related correspondence
Performing other management or related duties as requested by licensing team management
Qualification
Required
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience working with government agencies (federal, state, or local)
strong electronic filing and document management skills
Preferred
3-5 years of prior license renewal experience (WIC highly preferred)
Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred
