Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain technical accounting workflows within the Auxilius platform
Support accounting-focused onboarding, training, and enablement in partnership with Technical Accounting Success
Perform detailed QA/QC reviews of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Support adherence to client accounting methodologies and internal controls
Provide accounting support through data processing, analysis, and issue resolution
Communicate accounting outcomes and system configurations clearly to clients
Participate in product development testing for accounting features
Translate technical accounting requirements into clear product feedback
Identify opportunities to standardize and improve accounting workflows at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years in accounting or finance roles (startup experience preferred)
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Interest or experience in healthcare / biotech finance
Collaborative attitude with a sense of humor
