Responsibilities
Defend complex general liability, auto, and trucking claims from intake through resolution
Draft motions, conduct discovery, and argue dispositive issues in state and federal courts
Lead depositions and witness prep in high-exposure insurance coverage disputes
Negotiate settlements and support trials with efficient, client-focused strategies
Collaborate on multi-state litigation for major carriers aiming for early, economic wins
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar license
2+ years of civil litigation experience
Experience in general liability, auto, and trucking claims
Strong legal research and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Experience with insurance defense litigation
Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
Prior experience in high-stakes litigation
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
