vTech Solution Inc is looking for an experienced ERP / HCM Techno-Functional Senior Analyst to support enterprise ERP cloud and HCM platforms. This role focuses on configuration, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional system support.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain ERP Cloud, HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement modules

Support system operations, change requests, and enhancement projects

Lead process improvement and automation initiatives across ERP functions

Create business requirements, test plans, test scenarios, and design documents

Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and ERP reporting tools

Support Fusion analytics and business intelligence reporting

Coordinate issue resolution with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders

Drive change management, risk assessment, and audit support activities

Deliver user training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer sessions

Manage projects including scope, timelines, risks, and quality assurance

Qualification

Oracle Cloud ERPERP configurationHCM modules experienceOTBI reportingAdvanced ExcelChange managementAnalytical skillsStakeholder communicationProblem-solving skills

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion / EBS or similar ERP platforms

Experience across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement, and EPM/Budgeting modules

ERP configuration, implementation, and production support experience

Business process design and improvement across finance and HR cycles

OTBI reporting and analytics tools experience

Advanced Excel, data modeling, and BI reporting skills

Change management and audit/control support experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
