Responsibilities
Campaign Management : Assist in building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic recommendations
Client Support : Help prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and performance updates
Creative Coordination : Work with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives
Research & Strategy : Conduct competitive analysis, audience research, and platform exploration to inform campaign strategies
Process Documentation : Support the development and maintenance of agency SOPs and best practices
Cross-functional collaboration : Partner with account managers and strategists to ensure seamless campaign execution
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related roles
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads platforms
Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and analyzing campaign data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Genuine curiosity about digital marketing trends and platform updates
Preferred
Experience with advertising platforms beyond Meta and Google (TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic)
Background in sports, entertainment, e-commerce marketing, & subscription marketing
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, etc.)
Agency experience or experience managing multiple client accounts
Understanding of creative testing methodologies
