Responsibilities
Own and manage accounting operations, internal controls, and financial reporting
Lead monthly close, external audits, and compliance functions
Implement and optimize ERP systems (SAP B1 strongly preferred)
Collaborate with operations and supply chain to drive financial insight and performance
Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve controls, and enable scale
Develop board and audit committee materials and lead executive-level reporting
Support M&A, integration, and post-transaction optimization projects
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of progressive controllership or finance leadership experience
Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
Proven ability to operate in both tactical (70%) and strategic (30%) capacities
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Successful track record with ERP implementations
Experience preparing materials and presenting to board and audit committees
Operationally minded finance leader who can link financial insights to business execution
Comfortable navigating post-acquisition cleanup, transformation, or integration efforts
Collaborative, execution-oriented leader who builds cross-functional trust
