Own month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to management
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to ensure financial alignment
Assist with process improvements, system integrations, and audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public or corporate)
Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on general ledger experience
Skilled in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred
Big 4 experience is a plus
