PHEAA is a nonprofit student aid organization that holds a mission of providing affordable access to higher education. They are seeking a Records Clerk to join their Records Management Department, responsible for efficiently processing daily correspondence and maintaining files.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and routing incoming correspondence for all lines of business to the appropriate workflow queues
Assist with File Maintenance activities as necessary
Review electronic documents for loans being offboarded to determine if documents apply to specific loans
Perform research on unidentified documents
Correct document errors identified through the logging or script error process
Perform mail pick-up using the Agency vehicle to/from the Post Office
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle
Benefits

Will be required to join the State Employees Retirement System
