Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain employee data in HRIS and related systems
Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
Generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, diversity metrics)
Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to HRBPs and leadership
Support HR dashboards and presentations with data visualization
Partner with HRIS team to troubleshoot data issues and optimize processes
Assist HRBPs with employee relations cases by providing accurate data and documentation
Support talent processes (performance reviews, merit cycles) with data preparation and validation
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures when needed
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments for data-driven decision-making
Navigate and develop communications and best-practice sharing across the Corrugated organization to ensure consistency and alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Data Analytics
Possess strong computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - PowerBi is a plus
2+ years of experience in HR operations or analytics
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, People Soft, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to manage confidential information and work collaboratively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with reporting tools preferred
