Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 IT support to local and remote users via phone and email

Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system while meeting SLAs

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook

Support desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and mobile devices (Android & iOS)

Configure and troubleshoot Mac desktops and laptops

Assist users with remote access issues using tools such as Citrix and VPN (Zscaler)

Perform basic Active Directory tasks including user creation, password resets, and access management

Diagnose and resolve basic networking, wireless, and connectivity issues

Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume support environment

Required

IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365

Experience providing phone-based support to local and remote users

Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments

Basic understanding of Active Directory administration

Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and remote desktop tools

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred

Exposure to Citrix, Zscaler, and Mac OS is a plus
