Senior User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

Apply design thinking methods to lead problem framing, ideation and concept exploration that balance user needs, business objectives and technical constraints
Collaborate in workshop facilitation by owning design thinking activities and breakout discussions, working directly with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate pain-points and opportunities into product concepts
Plan and conduct user research in complex domains (aerospace, defense, ops & supply chain). Synthesize research inputs to generate clear, actionable insights
Drive end-to-end product design from concept and validation through agile development to product rollout and continuous improvements
Present research findings and product designs to stakeholders and business leaders. Facilitate alignment, manage feedback and supporting confident decision-making
Collaborate closely with product managers, data and engineering teams and domain experts to design production-grade enterprise solutions
Contribute to high value reusable assets including our Design System and Design Thinking Toolkit

Required

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
7+ years' experience designing digital products. Preferably in a software development or technology environment

Design of data-driven digital products and dashboards
Design Thinking, user research, and workshop facilitation
High-fidelity visual design, data viz, accessibility, and design systems
Proficient in Figma and presentation tools
Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
Excellent prioritization, attention to detail, and self-direction
