Responsibilities
Collect requirements for research and data requests
Draft design documents and research findings reports
Manage and triage daily ad‑hoc research requests (as needed)
Develop slide decks and summary materials for various audiences
Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned topic areas
Monitor tickets and communicate issues or delays to team leadership
Attend meetings and document key notes and follow‑ups
Collaborate with internal data analysts, engagement leads, and other Division team members
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience using SAS, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, or equivalent analytical/programming tools
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Minimum two (2) years of professional research experience performing quantitative data collection, manipulation (e.g., data construction, merging files, data cleaning, working with various data levels), evaluation, analysis, and presentation related to program operations
Two (2) years of additional professional research experience (a Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience)
Preferred
Experience working with public health insurance programs (e.g., Medicaid)
Experience with report writing, business analysis, and presentations
Bachelor's degree including or supplemented by nine (9) semester credit hours in biostatistics, data analysis, data modeling, economics, econometrics, mathematics, research methods, or statistics
