Coforge's Engineering Business Unit is an industry leader in specialized, engineering intensive services such as Tech Modernization, Product/Platform Engineering, Integration Services, modern AMS, SRE, DevSecOps, SDLC Acceleration. The unit works with leading clients globally, delivering complex transformation programs through intricate tech solutions and methods accelerated by a suite of niche AI powered assets
The Engineering BU leader will lead a team of deeply experienced Engineering Solutions Sales, Solutions and Practice people leading GTM functions, Offerings design and Engineering Assets/Accelerators
Business Savvy, capable of growing the Engineering business
Identifying clients top strategic priorities, tech transformation initiatives, market trends in Engineering services, competing offerings
Designing unique, differentiated Engineering Offerings capable of disrupting competition to grow market share in Engineering services business
Partner with vertical aligned business units globally in taking core Engineering Offerings to market, proactively identifying/originating Engineering opportunities with clients, and create and position custom solutions
Build and groom a top-notch Engineering team globally for GTM, Sales/Solutions/Practice
Build a suite of specialized AI powered assets capable of significant non-incremental acceleration in delivering Engineering projects
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience
Deep engineering background
Successful track record of growing an Engineering business
Leading similar functions and top-notch Engineering teams
Working with top tier IT Services firms specializing in Engineering Services
Skills in Tech Modernization, Product/Platform Engineering, Integration Services, modern AMS, SRE, DevSecOps, SDLC Acceleration
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
MBA or an equivalent advanced degree
