Outside Sales Representative – Building Materials
Team Builder Recruiting is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for Premiere Building Products, a growing building materials supplier. The role focuses on building relationships with contractors and wholesalers, driving sales through customer engagement and support.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, identifying needs, resolving pain points, and offering solutions to the projects they are building
Build long-term relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and lumberyards through regular customer and job site visits
Grow the territory by developing new customer relationships through a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and targeted cold outreach
Stay actively engaged with customers with consistent follow-up via phone, virtual, and in-person meetings
Develop strong product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor partnerships, and confidently explain features, benefits, and pricing
Provide product training to customers and represent the company at vendor training sessions, plant tours, and trade shows
Track customer activity, follow-ups, and sales progress in HubSpot CRM and work closely with the Premiere team to support shared sales goals
Travel regularly within the territory for customer and jobsite visits, with occasional overnight travel for vendor training or events
Qualification
Required
Construction Industry experience is required
Information Technology experience
Preferred
Construction sales experience is preferred
