Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned VIP players, delivering a consistent, high-touch and professional service experience
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with high-value players, understanding their preferences, behaviors, and expectations
Monitor player activity, segmentation, and behavioral data to identify opportunities for increased engagement, retention, and value growth
Execute personalized offers, campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and exclusive promotions in line with client strategies and commercial objectives
Proactively engage VIP players through regular communication, follow-ups, and tailored experiences to maximize lifetime value
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Payments, Risk, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of VIP initiatives
Identify potential risks, responsible gaming concerns, or behavioral changes and escalate appropriately in line with client policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of VIP interactions, offers, and performance metrics within internal tools and CRM systems
Provide regular reporting and insights on VIP performance, player behavior trends, retention, and campaign effectiveness to management
Support continuous improvement of VIP workflows, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
Perform other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by Management

Required

Previous experience in a VIP, high-value client management, or customer success role within gaming, betting, fintech, or a similar high-touch environment
Strong understanding of player engagement, retention strategies, and VIP lifecycle management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a service-oriented mindset
Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret player activity and performance metrics
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, depending on VIP coverage requirements
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
