Responsibilities
Model outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills. Identify team member strengths and areas for improvement in leadership and management skills. Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellence
Interview, hire, and retain top-tier talent in a partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organization
On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needs
Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed
Partner with operating owners and executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territory
Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed, while creating and executing long-term strategic plans
Partner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs
Organize all projects, initiatives, and programs via project charters; share updates at regular and timely meetings while tailoring the message to specific audiences
Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements
Hold team members accountable for annual training requirements, performance reviews, and other company requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of upper-level management experience; healthcare field preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization are required
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred
Dental office management experience preferred
Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Skilled in delegation and remote management
