Responsibilities
Coordinate business compliance requirements, including maintaining state licenses, registrations, and certifications needed for the firm to operate
Analyze/collect data for completion and submission of Monthly Payment Verification Reports
Track deadlines and prepare submissions for corporate and professional licensing applications and renewals
Support safety compliance by maintaining training records, certifications, and required regulatory documentation
Assist with preparing compliance reports and supporting internal or external audits
Maintain compliance trackers and dashboards to monitor business, safety, and project‑related obligations
Communicate compliance requirements, updates, and deadlines to internal teams
Assist in improving compliance processes, workflows, and documentation across departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent with two years of compliance experience OR an Associate's degree in Business or related field
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Internship experience in compliance, project coordination, or administrative support, preferably within engineering, construction, or professional services
Experience supporting civil engineering or construction projects
Familiarity with compliance requirements for public‑sector, transportation, or infrastructure projects
Experience using project management or compliance tracking systems
Knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting engineering or construction industries
