Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, label, and organize inventory, equipment, or hardware
Pick, pack, and ship internal or customer-facing orders accurately and on time
Use inventory management software and internal tools to track materials and assets
Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware (e.g., laptops, peripherals, devices) following documented procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace
Support audits, cycle counts, and process improvements
Collaborate with operations, IT, and logistics teams to meet business needs
Follow established workflows while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

Required

0–2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or operations experience
Comfort using computers, scanners, or basic software systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or move for extended periods (if applicable)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
Willingness to learn new technology and systems

Preferred

Experience with inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, or similar)
Exposure to hardware handling, staging, or kitting
Interest in technology, IT, or operations careers
Forklift or other warehouse certifications
