Responsibilities

Act as the on-site IT Site Lead for the Charlotte office, owning all end-user computing and local support needs
Deliver white-glove, executive-level support for laptops, mobile devices, AV systems, and collaboration tools
Provide Level 2 end-user support across Windows and macOS environments
Support a diverse device landscape, including Windows 11 PCs, MacBooks, cell phones, and tablets
Perform “smart hands” support for infrastructure needs, including basic networking equipment support and small server room tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 70 onsite users, ensuring timely, professional issue resolution
Partner closely with the End User Service Delivery Manager based in Clemmons and the broader IT teams
Participate in onboarding, device provisioning, and first-week orientation support
Travel to Clemmons during the first week to meet the extended IT team and align on processes

Required

3+ years of hands-on desktop or end-user computing support experience
Proven experience delivering executive and white-glove IT support
Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office applications, and macOS environments
Experience supporting mobile devices, tablets, and enterprise endpoint tools
Comfortable working in a fully onsite role, five days per week
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred

Experience acting as a site lead or primary onsite IT contact
Ability to handle light infrastructure and smart-hands responsibilities in a corporate setting
