Responsibilities

Frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions
Work around slippery surfaces and moving mechanical equipment
Operate in warm or cool conditions depending on assigned area
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift
Ability to climb stairs regularly
Ability to read and record temperatures using a thermometer
Communicate professionally with production and management teams
Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualification

Food safety knowledgeData entryBasic math skillsEnglish proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including production and management
Previous experience using a computer for data entry or documentation

Preferred

Previous Cargill experience
Food safety knowledge or prior work in a food production environment
