The role involves performing laboratory work and conducting experiments related to skin biology to support scientific discovery programs.

Responsibilities
Perform laboratory work to support scientific discovery programs related to skin biology under supervision
Conduct in vitro experiments on 2D cells, 3D reconstructed skin, or ex vivo human skin
Micro-dissect human skin biopsies for detailed analysis
Conduct immunohistochemistry experiments and biological assays to gather meaningful data
Collaborate with analytical teams and formulators to design and execute experiments effectively
Qualification
Required
Master's degree is MUST in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years hands-on laboratory experience
Required to have experience in culturing and setting up test systems using human keratinocytes and fibroblasts
Required to have excellent tissue culture and sterile technique
Required to have experience conducting multiplex ELISA as well as general ELISA assays
Required to have 2-year experience in immunofluorescence, IHC and PCR methods
Ability to design antibody panels for multi-color flow cytometry
Experience in microscopy imaging techniques is required
Preferred
Experience with handling human tissue samples is a plus
Understanding of skin and skin appendage morphologies is a plus
Knowledge of skin wound healing biology is a plus
Basic understanding of next-generation sequencing technologies is a plus
