Responsibilities

Perform cycle counting by following the approved cycle counting schedule, so that discrepancies are identified and reconciled in timely manner
Works directly with the Accounting, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams to ensure inventory movements both physical and systematically are correct
Reconcile discrepancies by analyzing Parata ERP, Salesforce and physical locations
Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Implement and maintain a system of the facts, discrepancies, and issues identified during the cycle counting process and inventory review to maintain accurate records that can be easily retrieved
Report on discrepancies and reconciliations
Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions so that personal safety/the safety of others is not jeopardized, and a minimum level of product/service quality and environmental impact can be guaranteed
Support departmental and company initiatives
Perform other duties as requested

Required

BA / BS in Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience (3-5 years)
Knowledge of ABC cycle counting methodology required
Previous experience with ERP systems a required
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to perform a variety of mathematical calculations
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work across a variety of departments
Organized and motivated team player
Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Previous experience with an RF Scanner preferred
