Founding Launch Lead (SF)
Jack & Jill is a startup focused on transforming the recruitment landscape through AI technology. They are seeking a Founding Launch Lead to build traction in the San Francisco market by establishing a candidate base and onboarding companies within the first few months of 2026.

Responsibilities
Generate Demand: Hosting exclusive dinners for founders, running events for top talent, building a community of talent leaders and infiltrating the SF tech ecosystem to make Jack & Jill the "insider" choice
Close Customers: You will be the first Account Executive on the ground. You’ll pitch founders, navigate objections, and close our first flagship US customers
Deliver Success: Selling is only half the job. You will white-glove onboard our early customers, manually review their roles, and ensure they make hires. If the product breaks, you are the first line of defence
Build the Machine: You will start by doing things that don't scale (manual matching, coffee chats, personal onboarding) to learn the market and build credibility. Then, alongside our GTM leadership you will systematise those learnings into a scalable GTM engine
Qualification
Required
You could be an ex-founder who has built in the Bay Area before
An early GTM leader from a top-tier startup
A well-networked talent leader
An ex-VC who is ready to build
You are a commercial hustler who knows how to win in SF
You've built something before
You know how to sell a vision before the product is perfect
You can wear 100 different hats as you go 0 → 1
You have a deep existing network in SF
You were the first sales or marketing hire at a rocketship
You know how to go from $0 to $1M ARR and beyond
You are a deeply networked Talent Leader who's been helping companies build amazing teams for years
You want to do that in the most leveraged way possible
After time in VC (Investing or Platform), you want to stop advising and start building
You know how to run events, build presence, get in front of companies and win deals
You will be responsible for liquidity, revenue, and brand presence in the world's most important tech market
You will build the launch playbook that we'll use again and again in other cities
