Responsibilities
Architect, deploy, and maintain core IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
Lead IT integrations for acquired companies, sunsetting legacy systems and migrating them onto my client’s platform
Own and continuously improve the security posture across all systems, including endpoint management, network security, and incident response
Manage and secure endpoints for a fully distributed workforce (Windows, macOS, and mobile) using MDM platforms
Standardize device configurations and security policies at scale
Develop repeatable IT integration playbooks to support an aggressive M&A strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 environments
Solid understanding of identity, endpoint management, and security best practices
Experience supporting a distributed workforce
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
Collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset
