Talent Groups is leading the search for a ServiceNow Developer with a heavy focus on CMDB/ITOM/ITAM for a MSP provider. The ServiceNow Developer will enhance and expand the ServiceNow environment, including ITSM, Security Incident Response, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), and ITAM modules

Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, SIR, GRC, CMDB, ITOM, and ITAM modules

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or equivalent frameworks)

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, integration methods (REST, SOAP), and performance optimization techniques

Familiarity with ITIL principles and related governance frameworks
